Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website, requesting a discovery audit, or engaging Adam SEO for paid services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

2. Services we provide

Adam SEO provides search engine optimisation consulting and execution, including:

  • Local SEO services (Google Business Profile, citations, Map Pack visibility)
  • E-commerce SEO services (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • AEO and GEO services (AI search visibility, entity work, schema, brand citations)
  • Technical SEO services (audits, Core Web Vitals, crawl, indexation, schema)
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) integrated into Stage 2 of our framework
  • Custom strategic engagements scoped after a discovery audit

3. Pricing and payment

Retainers start at RM 2,500 per month (Standard) and scale to RM 9,500 per month (Elite). Custom enterprise pricing is available after a discovery audit. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Invoices are issued monthly and payable per the engagement terms in your signed proposal.

4. Engagement and termination

SEO is a long-term engagement. Our retainers run on a month-to-month basis after an initial commitment defined in your proposal. Either party may terminate with the notice period stated in the proposal. Final deliverables and exit handover are completed within the notice window.

5. Service guarantees

We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or traffic numbers, and we treat any agency that does as a red flag. Google explicitly disallows ranking guarantees. What we do guarantee:

  • Senior-led work, not junior-managed
  • Transparent monthly reports with revenue attribution where data permits
  • Adherence to Google's spam policies and white-hat methodology
  • Best-effort delivery against the scope in your proposal

6. Client responsibilities

Effective SEO requires client cooperation. You agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to your website, analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
  • Approve content and link assets in a reasonable timeframe
  • Inform us of website changes that may affect SEO (replatforms, redesigns, new pages)
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms

7. Intellectual property

Content, copy, schema markup, and deliverables we create on your behalf are licensed to you for use on your website. Our internal frameworks, audit templates, methodologies, and proprietary research remain the property of Adam SEO.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Adam SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of our services or our website. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and notified to active clients by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
